Stock Photo in Search, but not on Listing

Why doesn't my stock photo (used in Ebay listing suggestion) show up in my direct listing, but it shows up perfectly in a search listings?

Is there an easy fix to get the photos on my direct listings?  I have a ton that I created.  If I remember correctly, they used to show up just fine.

This is not a pixel size issue, as many of the pics have a large pixel count.

Having the same issues.  contacted support last Wednesday and said they opened a technical ticket and would reach back out to me in a day or two.  No additional reach out and no fix yet.  This platform is failing fast.

Interesting .. I just talked with Ebay support today about this issue and they said there were no other reports and that I was basically out of luck and would have to manually enter the pictures on my 7000+ inventory where at least 50% are missing pictures if not more...

ive reported it twice to them and they claimed twice tickets were opened to fix it and they had some additional complaints.  I noticed it in many different categories so surprised more people arent complaining about it.  I doubt it will get fixed in a timely manner.  Not easy to go back and get actual photos on items when you have 1k+ listings.

I think more people aren't complaining because they don't notice they are missing.  The only way you know they are missing is if you click on the listing or if you edit listings..

I talked with Ebay support again after seeing that other people are having this issue and the guy I talked with said he would open a case.  We will see what happens.  This kind of sucks though because I can't really list items because it seems like all the stock photos are not working.....
