I'm getting daily emails for certian "Saved Searches" to which I no longer subscribe. At the bottom of every one of these emails is a link labeled "Disable emails for this search," but clicking that link only brings up a page with an error message reading, "Input Error - There was an error in your input." When I manually go to my "Saved Searches" page, I get a list of all my currently saved searches, but the searches in question are no longer on the list, so I cannot unsubscribe to them there.
Today I called eBay customer service and talked with someone who clearly did not understrand the issue. After minutes of going in circles, I asked to speak with someone who might better understand. After waiting on hold for ten minutes, I was disconnected.
Clearly there is a glitch somewhere. Does anyone know how I can contact someone who can actually address my problem?
Thanks!

I've had the same problem. The reason I tried to 'unsubcribe' is because Ebay kept sending me the same 1 or 2 items every day like they were new. The same items when there's like thousands of others they could send me? Must be "promoted listigs' items. They get the #1 attention/advertising from Ebay.....why? Because it's all about getting more money.
