Starting a return

since last night i have been trying to start a return for a recent purchase. Every time i try to submit it, it comes up as Access Denied. I’ve tried on a different browser and same result. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Can you still see the listing?  I think this error might come up if eBay has removed the listing.

The listing is still showing and  the message is coming up still, ciuld the seller have done something to prevent this?

So now the listing is gone! This guy sold fake cards, so is there anything else i can do about this?

My bad, listing is still up, but still can’t do the return....

If you paid with PayPal file a claim with them.

Oh hey was wondering if this guy had scammed other people so did a quick search.

THe listing in question was for unbroken bonds pokemon tcg cards, sealed with promos and coins

 He actually ordered 2 sets of 5 packs. He only opened up a dispute via PayPal since he has been flagged as a problem buyer by eBay's system. Misuse of returns and such according to the blacklists

Anyways, unbroken bonds does not even have fake cards yet, and especially not SEALED with the,promos and coins. The name on the PayPal,and shipping addresses don't even match, to boot.
