On May 16th I accepted eBay's offer to open a Starter Store. and it hasn't worked ever since. Customer Service keeps saying that "we're working on the problem," but it's three weeks and counting and no one can solve the problem.
For a few days it was okay, though, because anyone viewing one of my items could use the link, "View Items For Sale." Then, of course, this link disappeared and the only link remaining is to "View Store," which leads the viewer to be informed that the Store does not exist. Of course, sales have dropped and I await eBay's e-mail advising me on ways to avoid losing my high seller status.
