The option to schedule start time is missing. I have tried different browsers. Can't see it all on an individual listing. When is bulk is says no selected listing is eligible for this action
Hate to Answer my own issue 🙂 but I found my answer. eBay only allows 3000 items to be scheduled at a time. I hit the limit. So, I just need to wait a few days.
