Yesterday 09/02/2024 I printed 3 labels (eBay standard envelope) and this morning I got a order for a card the couldn't print the label. It generated a message "Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label."
I've done every recommendation and nothing has worked and promised the card that it would be shipped out today 09/03/2024. This will affect all eBay sellers if eBay doesn't do anything about it.
Does anyone has tried something different that works?

Are you still having problems today @theshuffleshop ?

Yes I still have this problem. At this point Im just going to issue a refund.

Is it only the one order giving you problems - no other orders?
If it's just the one order, perhaps there's an issue with the buyer's address. For example, if a buyer puts Puerto Rico in the country field instead of the state field with US as the country, that can cause issues with ESE.

I just received a order to the US and still have the same problem. I have tried everything to solve this and I have written to eBay multiple times and no one has responded. I don't know what to do I have multiple orders that I haven't shipped because of this problem.

This is not an issue with Puerto Rican buyers/addresses. Currently I have a order from the USA and still have the same problem. This is a eBay issue.

Hey kyle@ebay - can you check with the shipping team if this is a widespread issue with eBay Standard Envelope labels?
Hey @wastingtime101 I checked around, but we are not seeing a widespread issue (or even other reports at this time) for eBay Standard Envelope labels.

I appreciate you checking kyle@ebay .
Let's go back to some basic diagnostics @theshuffleshop . Since you said the error is "not able to generate the label" that means the service is not grayed out on the label selection page, correct? Which also rules out weight/dimensions as the issue, and rules out category as the issue, and rules out item price, and all that jazz. If those were problems the service would not be selectable.
If I'm understanding correctly, you can select the service, but when you click the button to buy the label you're getting the error?
My first suggestion is to try a different browser to see if you have the same problem. Sometimes these things can be browser-specific and short-lived.
To be clear: you are having this problem on all ESE orders since last night?

Ok so right now the get shipping label is grey I have two more orders from the US that I cant print out the shipping labels.
I have tried the following:
- Clear cookies and cache from your browser
- Sign out of eBay and log back in
- Try this process from an incognito window
-Changing the dimensions of the package
These problems have been present since yesterday 09/03/2042 since 6:00am
Note:I just got a message that

That changes things @theshuffleshop . This is why it's so important to know exactly what's happening. I was working off a "something went wrong" error message.
Can you tell me if all USPS services are gray or if it's just eBay Standard Envelope?
When USPS, and specifically ESE is grayed out, there are a few usual reasons:
1. Package weight/dimensions exceed service limits - you said you already checked that? Weight 3 oz or less? Dimensions no larger than 11.5 x 6 x 0.25 and no smaller than 3.5 x 5 x 0.25?
2. With ESE, the item exceeds the ESE limit - based on your sales history past few days I don't think that's the problem - not unless the buyer purchased multiple quantities. Limit $20 single card, $50 combined order.
3. With ESE, the item is not listed in an eligible category - based on your sales history past few days that's not the problem.
4. If all USPS services are grayed out, there is an issue with the buyer's address, like a missing unit number or similar. You can check the address here: https://tools.usps.com/zip-code-lookup.htm?byaddress
5. With ESE, United States is not in the country field which sometimes happens with buyers in Puerto Rico, Guam, etc - but you said you already ruled that out as a problem.

Hi!
So I checked everything you've said so yestrerday I had two more orders and and tried using bulk printing and miraculously it let me. So if I have another order I will see if the problem persists.
