I understand the prohibitions against using the word "Indian" improperly. But the current situation is that a listing CANNOT be creasted for something like Indian Corn, Indian Squash, Indian Elephant, Indian Parliament, Indian River, etc. etc. etc. The listing has to be retitled such as Toothpick Elephant, or Fire Engine Elephant, or Trump Elephant in order to create the listing. Can we back off just a little????

Your preaching to the choir here. I have been dealing with this issue for years. In fact there was and still are categories for Indian items Like (Indian War "Buttons") for instance. This has nothing to do with Native American aritfacts or other. It is a peiod of time, miltary history. That being said, ebay refuses to do anything about it. It is all automated anyway. No living beings ever judge your items. Enough with the PC correctness.
Take any item with Gun or bullet in the title. That will send you off on an endless loop of warnings and agreements, not sell banded or prohibited items. A loop that you cant get out of, by the way. In the end You will have to trash your listing. Now If the item gets listed somehow for sale, and they catch you, you can get your site locked down. Never mind there are people right now on Ebay selling banned items or items that ebay officially says are prohibited. (Fire arms/guns) Tell me that a BB gun/ Air rifle is not a weapon, what about Air Soft guns, They also fire a projectile that can injure or potentially kill. The "Indian" in your title can Hurt No One. Still
dangerous items are being sold. Yet, My "Toy" Cap guns get pulled down, because they violate the weapons ban.
Also any item that is made of bone can get you into trouble too. Apparently there is no way to prove your bone item (buttons for example) are not made of Ivory..... which is prohibited to sell on ebay.
There is no justice for honest sellers. What will we be left to sell?
