'Item cancel' form and 'didn't receive item' form do not function on Firefox 138.0.1
I checked the browser console and it throws an error when you hit the submit button for these forms. More forms may be affected. These forms work fine when I tried them on Chromium instead, so this is browser specific functionality. Please note that is not an adblock issue, since I've tested that as well.
