Some Listings title have added characters "

It looks like some listing that have the inch symbol "

Instead of the " this is what show on the listing "

Buyers will be confused with this defect!

The titles appear correctly in search results, though; the issue is only in the listing itself. Certain special characters like ampersands and quotes are displaying as codes.

eBay is aware of the issue and it is listed here:

Follow up, 

so, it looks like any eBay listing that has a double quotation mark in the title like this "  instead of this quotation mark... this is what show in the title listing:  "

As mentioned, there is already a site wide ticket open and eBay is working on it. Last time something like this happened it took them a few days to fix the bug.

Because eBay is already aware and working on this, I suggest moving on and not worrying about it; your energy is better spent elsewhere.
