Is there some kind of glitch these days where foreign buyers are redirected to the .com boards? Seem to be seeing a HUGE increase in buyer with problems flooding on to the USA Community?

It is probably more likely they have no local phone support and no community board they can post in.

I'm not sure exactly which threads you're referring to, but if their transaction took place on ebay.com, this would be the appropriate community for them, since ebay.com policies and procedures would apply.
I still see a few U.K. members posting here now and then, and that's apparently some kind of problem with a redirect on the ebay.co.uk site somewhere along the line.
I guess I've not noticed a "HUGE increase" in posts from foreign buyers "flooding onto the USA community." Most posts from foreign buyers I've noticed have been involved in ebay.com transactions.

UK is definitely a big contributor. But have seen Qatar, Montenergro, India, etc all mentioning things like DHL shipping, tracking with some strange company and other things.
Sorry but that is my observation. I guess you are not seeing what I am. Can I buy you some glasses?
