Hello why I can’t see sold items on my app?!

Are you looking for your sold items, or someone else's? How are you searching? What problem are you encountering?

Make sure you are using the latest version of the eBay app, and you have your country location set correctly.

If you are searching for others' listings, make sure you have the correct shipping address set to calculate your shipping estimates.

You should be able to find sold listings by searching active items, then using the filter menu to select "sold" or "ended" items. That should display sold or ended items that have sold out and ended within the last ninety days. Multiple quantity listings that have not yet sold out or ended will not appear.

I have like than have look photo

my app have last updates 

and now like that about 2 weeks

not showing any sold items

Are you sure you are signed in to your selling account in the app?

Are you able to view your sold items using a browser?

When I close clicked on link yes i can see

using to phones i have just blank (empty) screen on my sold items.

yes i am always signed in to my account 😲

Try clearing your cache and data in the eBay app to see if that makes any difference.
