Sold items still continue to show up in my " active listings " on my dash board.

Sold items still continue to show up in my " active listings " on my dash board.  I contacted customer service by phone weeks ago and they said there was a glitch on SOME items that sold on 4/17/2019. They told me "Don't worry we will fix this"  It still continues to happen even with parts sold today. Anyone else experiencing this? My confidence in EBay continues to dwindle .

Have you checked  in your Site Preferences to see whether you have been opted in to the "Out of stock" option?

Wouldn't you think that would be the FIRST thing a well trained CSR would check?

Thank you , I think that fixed my problem, I wish the conversation with CSR resolved it. I am SO frustrated with Ebay charging me more and wasting my time.

Yes, the same is happening to me and continues to happen.

I don't know what is going on, but it is annoying to say the least.
