Sold items showing up as unsold items

7 sold items tonight are showing up in my unsold irems folder...customers trying to pay cannot pay. Spoke with customer service, they wre messaging I T DEPT. ANYONE ELSE???

Yes, same here! Something is wrong at ebay! I hope we didn't lose out on bids, as well.

we have over 400 items that had bids on them and also went to our unsold items. We have received 50 emails from our bidders complaining. Come on Ebay get your stuff together.

I have 2 item sitting in the unsold with bids.

Same here.  Contacted eBay and they said it has something to do with an upgrade causing issues and to check my account tomorrow.  Not really helpful.

I also have actions not relisting even though the are only on there 2 time posting in the 8 week term.

Yes.  Told it was an upgrade causing problems when I contacted ebay.  Told to check back tomorrow.   Not very helpful.

Looks like its fixed this morning, lets see if people can pay for their items now.

Issue appears to be fixed. Items back in sold section, was able to send out invoices and buyers were able to pay.

Same thing is happening to me today Oct 31

Yesterday 10/31 the same thing happened to me. Auction ended with bids, and it was in the ended listings section.  Received a message from the buyer and hour after the auction ended saying they could not pay, and that's when I discovered it was not in my orders list, but in ended listings.  I tried calling C.S. but never received a call back. 

About 5 hours later received a message from the buyer, and they were able to make the payment.  I checked my Orders page, and the item was there.
