Sold items in Unsold list, not in Awaiting Payment, Not in Ready to Ship

I see a couple sold items in my list of unsold, they do not appear in either awaiting payment or paid and awaiting shipment. Another item that had a bid seems to have just vanished.

This seems to happen from time to time, often at the end of the month, when there are more than the usual number of items relisting at the same time, delaying things a bit. Typically the items eventually appear on the right lists without any intervention needed.

If you need to send an invoice for an auction, see if the link on the bid history page works for you.

Until the sold items actual populates the sold list, don't think you would be able to send an invoice because the system would still see it as unsold. ?

In the past when similar things have happened, the missing or misclassified listings seem to have been temporarily stuck in an unclassified state.

Sometimes using a different link apparently forces the listing to wind up in the proper state earlier than otherwise.

Thanks it seems time was what I needed, they eventually turned up where they belonged!
