Sold items appearing as unsold

I have had 5 sales today and all are showing as unsold. Please sort it out!

Found an old Post solution that worked for me

"Seems what helps is: 

1. go to the list of Ended items

2. Click on those miscategorized items

3. Click on Bids links to go to bids history

4. Refresh that page

In the Action column the link "Send Invoice" will get added and now the item will be correctly listed in Awaiting payment list." I had to REFRESH several times  to get it to show Send Invoice. Then you can either send invoice right there or go to Awaiting Payment to send invoice.

This sounds silly, but what do you mean by refresh the page? I use the app on an iPhone ....thanks
