Sold & Completed filters

When checking sold comps, the filters are set to Completed Listings, and Sold listings. If you "x" out of one, the other remains. It now takes 2 clicks, and 2 reloads of the site to clear out these filters instead of one. By "x"ing out of Completed listings, both filters should be removed. Please revert this change. It makes it harder to navigate.

Using a desktop browser, when you select the "sold" option, the "completed" option is also checked by default. Despite that, you will only see "sold" results. There is no need to uncheck "completed"; doing so will not affect the results you see.

What @eburtonlab says is correct.

A sold listing is in fact a completed listing.  So it automatically checks that box. However if you only want to view completed listings, you can uncheck the sold option and only completed (not sold) will show up.  Or start your search by only selecting the completed option.

Selecting the “clear all” choice to the right will get you out of both with one click.

Sadly, mine doesn't look like that and doesn't have a clear all, just check boxes you have to select or deselect..  I have the list on the left and you have to scroll down to see it.

It may be different on the app or with a different view on the webpage.

If you are using a desktop browser, once you have scrolled down and selected "sold items" those buttons and the "clear all" link should appear at the top of the search results.

I don't know if it helps clarify anything, but I get the "clear all" option on both my desktop browser (Google Chrome) and my iPad (Apple Safari).  I have not tried the app.
