Smartphones not showing next page when you choose Seller's Other Items

When I use a smartphone to view 'Seller's Other Items' the first page of results is shown but when you click on the arrow at the bottom of the page where it says Page 1 of eg 3 a message is displayed 'No Search Results Found' even though there are several pages of listings. This happens whether I am using the Ebay app or not.

I did notice that when you click on Sellers other items the website address changes to m.ebay.co.uk.

This happens whether it is a private or business seller. Effectively means that people will only see the first page of a sellers listings. So if someone is selling more than 31 items then the buyer will not see them! ie only the first page of results is shown.

As Smartphones are so extensively used these days then this could have a huge effect on peoples potential sales.

I did send an email to Ebay sometime ago regarding this but never received a reply.

I get similar results when using the mobile site version of the ebay.co.uk page; but if I choose the desktop site version, I am then able to see page two and beyond.

I am also able to see page two using the mobile site version of ebay.com using Chrome; when I use Firefox, I cannot see page two. On ebay.co.uk, neither Firefox nor Chrome shows me page two using the mobile site. I wonder if the fact that I usually use ebay.com and Chrome in desktop mode on this phone has any bearing here -- perhaps something to do with cookies or altered default settings.

Hi - thanks for your reply. I too can use it okay on my laptop, Ipad etc. The problem seems to be with the Smartphone. I tried using my Iphone 5 and my husbands Iphone 6 with same result.

I am surprised sellers haven't raised a hullaballoo over this as they must be losing sales if people are unable to see past the first page.

You should be able to request the desktop site version using your mobile browser; the exact procedure depends on your browser, but generally clicking on the three-dot menu should give you that option for your browser tab.

Hi - Thanks again for your helpful reply. However, my concern is that other buyers won't bother to look for an answer to this problem. They will just move on and not attempt to see the additional pages sellers have. I buy and I also sell so I am more concerned from the selling point of view ie people are not able to view all my listings on Smart phones.
