I just opened my google browser 2 hours earlier and all my history was already cleared including cache & cookies before I opened it, plus I listed items on e-bay prior to this. I do block all 3rd party cookies because I stream movies on google. Could that be the reason this keeps happening?
Clearing eBay cookies and history will force you to have to sign in again and go through verification. Blocking third-party cookies may interfere with certain verification pages -- if you get stuck in a Captcha loop, a blocked third-party cookie is often the culprit.
You may want to consider using a separate browser for streaming movies so you can more easily choose which cookies are kept or blocked.
eBay often requires signing in again to view certain account-related pages such as order details if you have not signed in recently, but this is a separate issue -- even if you retain your cookies and stay signed in, you may have to sign in again from time to time to view certain pages or change certain settings. This is to make it harder for someone else to change your settings and take over your account if they have brief access to your account when you step away from your computer momentarily.
