I saw my sign-in activity and it showed locations from all over the world such as India which freaked me out. I quickly changed my password, and all of them disappeared but one in New York. I did contact customer service and called them for a payout issue, but that was at 4 pm that day. What could this be?
Here are some information that I can provide
Changed password at least 10 times by now
Enabled 2FA etc
Closed and restarted all my devices
No I did not use VPN, and if I did it wouldn't be New York
eBay did not send me notifications about new sign-in activity, all of the sign in activity notifications are from my locations
I also got an email that responded to a "case" I made over a missing returned item, but I never filed it from what I can remember. I believe the eBay agent made a mistake and thought I was the customer who filed for a return, as I had received one for that order before receiving the email.
Here is the photo for the sign-in

When was the last time you checked your devices for threats?
Do you play games?
Do you frequently download apps?
Does anyone else in your household have access to your devices?
Do you use a Wi-Fi router, and have you updated the default admin password on it?
Changing passwords is a good move if you notice any unusual activity.

Hello fellow cat person, I do play games, and I checked my devices today and there doesn't seem to be anything. Nobody has access to my device, and I do have wifi-router.
I changed my passwords multiple times, but it still won't sign the new york location out. I'm suspecting that it may be eBay/service provider servers or maybe an eBay agent that forgot to sign out? I am pretty lost right now
