Shipping policy glitch

I discovered glitch after ebay updates. Ebay changed shipping on my items and they display cheaper but when I get to revise the shipping box shows correct charge. Then after I exit listing it still shows lower shipping. See screenshot to get idea. I\and that is on a lot of listings. I had multiple policies set before and now this mess. I don’t know how to fix that as revising shows correct shipping.

Hi, did you ever figure this out? All my shipping policies are for 1 day handling time but ebay keeps sending me messages to change my listings to 1 day handling time for my top seller discount. So even though I have 1 day handling time i'm not getting my discount. I called them and they really didn't help me, told me to redo my shipping policy and see if it corrects but it didn't.

You may find that in many categories "free returns" may be needed for "top seller discount"
