Shipping lables printing sideways

When printing shipping labels on 4 x 6 it prints sideways and off the page. I have printed thousands of these and have all my settings set - by going to "print a label" and in the bottom left it shows 4 x 6 PDF. Also when i hit print I make sure the correct printer, correct size and portrait is correct.

I have tried changing it from portrait to landscape and it doesnt help. I can however print them on paper but whats the use when you have a DYMO printer? I swear eBay is the buggest platform out there. I have came across bugs after bugs during these many years. I have never had a problem with other ecommerce sites.

I also use a label printer (have for years) and this started happening to me as well. The only way to get them to print the right way is to print each label individually. It’s annoying and time consuming but I keep hoping it’s a bug that they are working on fixing 🤞🏼

On the create label page, look to the lower right and click  CHANGE, select PDF and label format you want to use.

Make sure your browser is set to open PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader.

When the label preview opens, select the Dymo as the Target Printer. Adobe print options should be set to Actual Size and Auto Orientation. For 4” x 6” size labels, check the box for “Choose paper source by PDF page size”. For the smaller 99019 labels, make sure this box is unchecked.

If you are bulk printing, this format has a bug so you must check the setting from the bulk pay window before you pay each time.
