Shipping labels

I have not been able to print a shipping label in app. It says go to desktop. So I go to desktop mode in safari because I do not have a computer and it won’t let me select a shipping service on there. Has anyone else had this issue? I’ve never had a problem with printing from my phone

You must print your very first label using a desktop, after that you can do them from the mobile app.  Not sure whether using a browser from your phone will work for this, but it may depend on the browser you are using.

I tried to pay for a shipping label using desktop my computer, and it wasn't working.  I had to scroll down and click the radio button to pay from my PayPal balance to print the label.  The other choice was to pay from my outstanding balance, which I think was $0 because it was transferred to my bank today.  This is the first time this has happened.
