Shipping label won’t create

I need to purchase a shipping label from eBay. Every time I do, it errors out saying try again.

I could not print shipping labels either. Also when I tried to update payment information, couldn't do that either.

Also can’t print a label -  “something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label.”

Some users experienced this error for approx 1 hour this afternoon, but I'm seeing on my account the issue has since been resolved. Try again @chermonte @amcrory @uniqueboutiquepa
