Shipping label problems - all options ghosted

When you go to print a label - sometimes all the options are ghosted. Other times they are there and when you change weight all the options disappear. I had to close browser and reopen several times to sometimes get it to work. Sometimes refreshing will get options back, other times it won't

same here, i find that if i play around with the weights eventually i can get it to work.  i think there may be an issue with USPS all around as I had a customer contact me because they couldn't check out as it is not calculating shipping

Same here! Also search not working and my store shows zero items. And yet the eBay system status page shows "all services in good health".  🙄

Also unable to select shipping options for labels to ship. Options either grayed out or incorrect shipping option pre-selected.

its the same for me with UPS and USPS

Yes, same problem, had to use an alternate shipping option to get labels created and printed using USPS.

A reason for the issue form someone at ebay (IT/Management/Customer service) would be useful.
