Shipping label function down?

Is anyone else having issues with the shipping label function? I can’t print a label. Thanks.

What happens when you try to print a label?

Try printing using Control-P or the link to the system dialog if the print menu or print icon option is not responsive. If you are using Microsoft Edge, try using Control-Shift-P to print.

Any difference if you try another browser?

Sorry, I should have explained further. I never actually get the option to print the label. The page that allows you to buy the postage is missing information from the sale, like the delivery service to be used, and will not allow me to designate one manually. So, I never even get a label. I assume this is an isolated glitch, since I had no problem printing a label for an immediately subsequent sale.  I eventually just bought the postage on the USPS site, but I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

For future reference, if you run into problems, go to someplace like PirateShip for your label so you can still get the discount, which you don't get by going to USPS directly.
