Shipping glitch when listing/re-listing

Anyone else having a problem listing today or is it just me? I keep getting an error message saying I must choose at least 1 shipping option, of course I do and called just before to report it to ebay and the person there said it was the first they've heard of it...

I had a customer ask if I ship to Portugal. I have international shipping on all of my items. Or so I thought. All of my listings the int shipping has been removed. I can’t even add it back on the app. I had to go in in bulk edit all the listings to add it back in it’s listed is something different now. I did that and now even on the app still not showing that it’s available. Also some of my package dimensions are missing so now I have to go through and do all this again is a pain in the butt . By the way still waiting for eBay’s phone call

Variation on this problem.

This AM when I go to relist items, all my International shipping has been switched from small or large envelopes to Parcels.

I sell stamps, I don't do parcels.

For what reason would ebay change 600 listings without telling me?

without my permission?
without logic?

Is this actually a glitch?

Having same issue. What is the difference between Intl. FCM and Intl FC Parcel. The post office has no clue what FC Parcel is. All by bulk relist unsold are missing Intl calculator now.
