Just in the last few minutes, I am unable to see the fields that would usually show to enter the shipping weight and dimensions, which normally show underneath the Shipping Policy selection. It was for a little while showing up only if we switched policies and then switched back to the one we wanted, but now it's completely absent.
I'm seeing this on both the account I'm using to post and on my selling account.

Same here! I was listing and then all of a sudden it just disappeared? It did come up correctly once but I get the same screen!

Same issues here in NC. Ive tried Firefox, Edge and still not working. Been intermittent for last few hours.

Update: I was able to complete 2 listings in the mobile app that I had saved on my computer (Chrome) that I saved when the weights & measurements fields disappeared. The fields are still not showing up on my computer. I tried using the ebay automated assistant for help and that was a big waste of time.

Tried Firefox and Safari. 4:12pm EST. The shipping dimensions fields are still missing.

This is due to an annual increase in system activity experienced during this period, which has caused processing delays.

Same issue! I've been trying everything...looked at my shipping default, etc. This has to be EBAY's problem obviously. I give up.

Same issue....no place to enter shipping info. I sent Ebay customer service a "technical issue" message. Tried other browsers, and I'm in the midwest 4:30pm. They were having server issues yesterday I heard. ?

I thought I was losing my mind...this is a serious technical issue - I hope they get it fixed soon. I also reported it to eBay on facebook - they usually respond quickly.

Same issue here (FRUSTRATING because it's the first item I've listed in a while and I thought eBay had reorganized the screen or something; the hyperlink on the error didn't work).
I only use a desktop or laptop, so I guess I'm SOL if I don't do the app?

Mine showed an option at one point for "simple shipping" which is (sort of) mandatory in the UK. Wondering if it somehow got associated with USA accounts. Been searching for 30 minutes for an answer but then found this thread...

same here i have chrome too i cant even choose a shipping carrier like priority ground ups etc
