What happens when you try to sign in using the app?

Can you sign in using a browser instead? Or a different browser?

What does the error say when you try to print the label?

When I sign in on the app, it gets stuck on loading. I can sign in on the browser. 

When I try to purchase the label, I get an error message that states, “something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label.”

You are very welcome.

Make sure you have the latest version of the eBay app, and that your operating system supports it.

You might try uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your device, then installing the app again. The restart in between should ensure a clean install.

If you are using a browser, make sure you are signed in to the same account as you are in the app, and that it is your selling account.

Could passkeys be causing an issue here? I have multiple accounts and I've just spent the last 15 mins trying to figure out why I could not log into one of them (just a spinning wheel on log in attempt). Deleted ebay passkeys from my password manager and was in immediately. 

I had 3 passkeys apparently saved for one account I was not trying to log into. I was able to log in to that account with no issue before deleting the passkeys.

My experience was done on Chrome on desktop using LastPass

I finally uninstalled and reinstalled the app.  That worked for allowing me to log in!  Thanks!

I still cannot generate my label though.  So frustrating!
