Photos Below.
All I have now is "Shipping Policy". When you click that drop down arrow, there is a huge amount of policies. You can click the 3 buttons which give options to set up new policies, but it usually won't let you save it. It's a constant work around situation that I am in with this. Ebay did something Thursday night that is affecting my listing creation tools. I also work on another account, and all the shipping options are there like normal and always have been.
As you can see with my account, those options to choose shipping methods, etc. does not exist. This is making it very difficult to list because I'm having to figure out ways to create new policies for every single listing until it will save that policy. Please fix this. This is near impossible to navigate now.

I talked to a Mark Anthony at eBay. And it is now resolved. I don't know how this happened, but somehow I was automatically opted into a Business Policies account. Happened out of nowhere on Thursday night while I was listing. If any of you are having trouble with this, go to this link: https://www.bizpolicy.ebay.com/businesspolicy/manage?profileType=SHIPPING&totalPages=4
OR you can go to your username, use the drop down and choose Account Settings, then click on Business Policies in the Selling Section.
Once inside there, you'll want to be on Manage Business Policies. On the same line that you see Manage Business Policies, look over to the right and click, Opt Out. This immediately resolved the issue for me!! Thank you, Mark Anthony!!

@shreddermusicandcomputers Your account was opted in to using business policies.
Business policies help me keep my sanity. Manage and edit them (or disable them to go back to how you used to set up your listings) on this page.
Once you set up your shipping policies and name them so you can easily identify them, you can go to your active listings and bulk edit to assign your new policies.
After the initial mess of policies that are created when you first sign up are no longer tied to active listings, you can delete them.
It takes a little time and work to set it up, but in my opinion it's well worth it.

I wish I could have heard from you sooner. This would have resolved it. I had to get on with eBay chat and they told me the same and I got it resolved. I don't know why this happened automatically because I never opted into it. I'm all about, if it isn't broke, don't fix it. I don't change anything. I just stick to what is working. That slowed me down to a crawl for 3 days! Thanks for replying.
