I go to "Seller Hub" "Orders" to ready items to go out. I "select all" and go through each one and modify each if it needs to be to be accurate on shipping. This has worked fine for a long time.
In the past week or so, the page is refreshing itself while I am in the middle, which rearranges the list of items, which is a mess for me as I line them up as I package them up. So, I have to know what is in each package now because if it refreshes during my work, which it did several times this morning, I have to change the order of the packages to sent the correct one to the correct person.
I carefully hit "save and next" each time I finish up an item, but it, eBay shipping screen, just starts to stick and then goes back out of the screen I am in back to the previous screen leaving with the entire list for me to start the process over again.
I have no other problems on other websites or computer issues that have lead me to believe it is a computer or internet issue.
It changes my time spent on printing labels to 2-3 times the time I used to have to put in on it. I have to be careful as well because when it refreshes, it sometimes will set back the ones I have already done to the previous setting. It makes for incorrect shipping labels. This morning, I missed one I had changed to Regional A that went back to Priority Legal.
This is so frustrating as I have gotten good at the shipping lineup and now it is a scrambled mess some days.
Anyone else having a refreshing or sticking when using this area prior to printing shipping labels out?
I just don't get why this is happening.
