Shipping Labels "Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label" UPS Ground

Every UPS Ground shipment I try and make I am getting an error "Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label". I have tried on PC, Mac, and the app and all give the same result.

We'll need more details to try and assist @something_you-need.

- What's the destination? Areas like HI, AK, PR are not eligible for UPS Ground.

- Is it a PO Box? UPS Ground doesn't ship to PO Boxes.

- Are any of the address lines longer than 40 characters? That will also create problems.

If you need to get a shipment out immediately you can set up a free account at pirateship.com - they have great UPS rates, and you can even link your eBay account so it will pull in orders and upload tracking to eBay so you don't have to do it manually. (Or you can print a one-off label and manually add tracking to eBay.)

Same issue with me today. Must be a site problem.

same here - every single order.  Regardless of address type.  This is a major issue for me.

Has anyone heard anything on this? The message is still there saying UPS is experiencing problems.
