Shipping Labels Not Loading or Downloading endless spin cycle

This seems to hit me about once a month or so.

Just now I go to print a shipping label after paying for it and when I try to "Print label" or "Download label" I get the endless little spinner going around and around.  It usually clears up in an hour or two and I can "reprint" the label. 

Yes I've tried different browsers, turn computer off and on, cleared cache, tried a different computer.

Now just need to wait for the tech guys to clear up the problem

Yes, and like magic after trying all I can figure to get the label to print,  a minute after I post the first message, it will print.
