Need to close a case but I can't get into the system

Hi, I reported that a package had not arrived, using the system. Now we've found it, and I've been trying to contact eBay and the seller that the package did come. I've registered my account and created a  password, but I can't get back into the system to close the case: it just keeps telling me that I'm already registered. Can you take care of this for me or tell me what to do? The order number is 22-12140-56124, and the seller is Premier Sports Marketing Inc, out of Georgia. Thank you.

Guest purchases are not connected to your eBay account, so to deal with a guest purchase you must first sign out of your current eBay account, then use the "order details" link in the email that eBay sent regarding the guest order.
