Shipping Label won't print receipt even though I have "add receipt" is checked off

I always print my shipping labels with the receipt at the bottom of the page but today, I couldn't get the receipt to appear.  I double checked my settings and the "add receipt" box is checked off.  Did something change or is this a technical issue?

To confirm @thevintagedownsizer 

1. you checked the add receipt box

2. made sure you're using the 8x11 size

3. are purchasing single labels, not bulk

Is that correct? All 3 factors must be in play for the receipt to print.

Do you see the receipt on the preview before printing?

Thank you for the reply. Yes to all.  Same settings that I've always had. I don't sell enough to use bulk labels.
