Shipping Label Problem

For several days when I try to print a label (new format), everything is fine until I hit purchase and print label, then I get a red message at the top that says "Error creating labelMissing or invalid Ship to postal code". However, there's nothing wrong with the zip code and it isn't missing. It happens on both Firefox and IE.

I still have the option  of switching to the old format which I've done and it prints with no problem.

Is anyone else having this problem? My concern is switching to the old format option could be yanked at any time.

I did tried to change the address, I even involved my buyer and said she has no problem before purchasing eith address age gave..keep saying invalid state but fedex works. But I tried in my laptop, it works too

I have exactly same problem. I choose the cheapest in fedex it works but didn’t realize it took so long to arrive bec label is USPS but I choose fedex. Hope eBay will fix this issue
