Shipping Dropdown Magically Changing During Listing

I am editing my drafts and when I select my shipping policy from the drop down, a few seconds later it changes to a shipping policy I didn't create (with what looks like an automated naming) and usually with a different price, so when I'm saving the listing I have to go back and edit it and only if I'm super quick can I get it to save with the right policy.

I'm on the latest Chrome on PC. This problem started today.

I'm doing Buy it Now listings.

I am still having this issue and it's causing me a lot of issues. I have made a video to demonstrate what is happening to me.

Sometimes the delay between it magically changing is longer, so I miss the change before I submit it, which is super frustrating as I'm having to double check and sometimes fix my listings after.

I now have loads of automatically made policies instead of my usual 5.
