I noticed the other day that my "orders awaiting shipment" said 1. I clicked on it and there were no orders to ship. Changed "90 days" to "last year" and found an order from December.
Digging into that order, it was purchased December 30, paid January 4 and shipped January 4. Tracking shows tracking number was provided January 4 and "In transit" January 5. (It was an eBay Standard Envelope, tracking is unreliable). I have positive feedback received for the items in the order.
I've clicked on "mark as shipped" and "add tracking information" and - not surprisingly - the tracking information is already there.
So I have three questions/issues:
1) why is this order showing up as not shipped?
2) Why did it not show up in the "awaiting shipment" until now? (I check several times a day for orders to ship, and I ship things almost every day, so I would have seen it earlier had it been there).
3) How can I get this order out of "awaiting shipment" so I don't have to look at it every day?
