I have a huge issue that I just can't seem to get resolved. I've contacted eBay and was told that the issue would be fixed within the hour, and it's been a few days now and still nothing has been resolved, and my seller rating is suffering. I sell sports cards and comic books. I recently sold a few items on eBay, purchased postage through eBay, as I have thousands of times before. For some reason, the sales are not being shown as shipped. When I try to manually mark as shipped, nothing happens. Some of the items have a tracking number attached, some do not. I do not know what my buyers are receiving as notifications either. I've been a Top Rated seller for years and I am now projected to be Above Standard at the next evaluation because of this. My other concern is what protection do I have now if the buyer claims that they did not receive the items?
