All week last week my 'Ship By' dates have been showing wrong.
I have 5 business day handling but like March 5th orders say 'Ship By March 13'
It should be by March 12. All the sales are like that giving me 1 more day for my deadline than it should according to my handling time.
And then today it's showing Ship By March 17 , which is not only 1 extra day but is also a Saturday. Saturday should NEVER be a ship by date.
They don't count as a business day.
I don't really care that they're giving me an extra day to ship, but are they REALLY?
When it comes to it, am I going to get dinged for shipping on the date they figured,
when it should really be the day before?
And what about that Saturday?
I should really have until March 19 to ship on those orders, so am I going to get in hot water because I didn't ship on a Saturday, when I have a 5 BUSINESS day handling time?
