Just checked my dashboard, and it shows, on my Tracking Report, seven items that had no carrier scan. BUT, I have the post office receipts with the scans on them for those packages. Been passed around from one rep to another, have currently been on hold for over an hour, because no one knows how to answer my question. Anyone else have this issue, and gotten it resolved?

So, I got through to the right rep, finally, and she said the lack of carrier scan is on the other end, not when I drop off the packages. But, ... all the tracking is marked as delivered. Plus, all of this has happened on items from a specific four-day period, Jan. 2-5, and the packages were spread all across the U.S. - California, Connecticut, Indiana, Texas, Maine. Not any singular post office involved, on the other ends. Unless there was a mass scanning outage across the U.S. during that time?
