Service Metrics Benchmarks Not There

My most recent benchmark shows nothing comparable. I sell in clothing, shoes and handbags so that isn't possible. This is the only way for me to tell if they are charging an additional percentage. Anyone else have this happening? Screenshot 2025-11-22 at 11.14.58 AM.png

@agentcloseteur

Can you not check the transaction details of your latest few sales?

Will tell you your seller level and whether you are below standard and charged an extra percentage on the FVF.

That has zero to do with service metrics which is a different performance standard with a different fee.

Hi @agentcloseteur . I'm not seeing the missing level & missing peers problem on service metrics and I checked multiple accounts. What happens when you toggle between current and projected?

Re: Service Metrics Benchmarks Not There

Hi! When I toggle to projected it shows a benchmark; it is only current that it says there are no peer benchmarks. These are the 2 benchmark screens, projected and current. I guess since they are similar I can assume high, but I have had months when this would be average so I'm not sure.Projected RateProjected RateCurrent RateCurrent Rate

Click the ? on the bottom right of that page to file a tech report. Include a link to this thread since it has screenshots.

I'll help you out and file a report, too. eBay's more likely to pay attention when more people report.

At minimum you'll know after Dec 1st when you see fees on sales starting that date. If traditionally you're rated as 'high' with those numbers, then for now I'd assume you're still in that range.
