Server not valid

I ordered an item as a guest then I got to email said your item is being shipped. When I clicked on the item link it says server not valid. Then when I do the search for the package as a guest it brings me the link. It gives me the email. Then when I click on the link it says a server response not valid so I'm not sure what the issue is

Try signing out of your current eBay account first, then use the link in the email. If you are signed in to an eBay account, the guest link will not work.

If that does not help, try using a different browser, or waiting a bit and trying again. It may just be a temporary network issue.
