Server down?

Anyone else getting a Server Down error message?

Our server is down, but we’ll have things back to normal soon. If you still need help, visit our help pages."

eBay seems to be up and reachable for me here in the northeast US.

Sometimes that "server down" message can be the result of a particular page not resolving correctly. If you can find an alternative link to the same page, try that. If you cannot reach the main ebay.com page, then check here to see if the problem is widespread or local:

For non-selling related purposes, you may be able to use an alternative site such as ebay.ca or ebay.co.uk if you have difficulty reaching the ebay.com site.

I do get that sometimes.  I just refresh the page and it is usually alright.

I'm on the West coast and it appears to be just fine here as well.

Sometimes when an error message appears there is just a momentary communication problem.  Just refresh and try again, the vast majority of time it will work fine after that.

I see that on a regular basis. Especially when trying to use the markdown manager.

I'm smack dab in the middle of the country, and I haven't had any trouble.
