You my find this old-fashioned, but never mind. My practice has always been to print out the "printer friendly" version of the Order Details page for each item sold, then go to a typewriter and type a label. This isn't about efficiency. It is about built-in redundancy which forces me to examine exactly what has been ordered at each step of the process and then make up a package with the item, a piece of paper, and the label all matching. This is a great way to prevent expensive shipping errors. I then file the Order Details print-outs.
Unfortunately last week this page changed considerably. The print suddenly got very small. Phonebook size. There does not seem to be any way to adjust it. (This is not true of my printer otherwise. All other functions are normal, including the printing of any other document from any other source. It is just that page, on eBay.) Worse yet, the print-out is often fragmentary, with important letters or numbers from the address missing. This means that in many cases, the address has to be transcribed by hand, which rather defeats the whole purpose of a "printer friendly page."
Fix this.

It has been this was for me for weeks now. There has been other people that have posted that they have had the same problem. If I printed it out using Internet explorer I hve no problem but using chrome its just to small. I have tried changing everthing but nothing has helped. I am going to try and get through to ebay and see if they can help.

I'm using Opera. The printout quality has deteriorated rapidly over the past few days. Now it fails 100% of the time. There are always missing letters, in addition to the size issue. I have to either print it out, then put in the corrections by hand, or else copy into some other format.
EBay shows now interest in trying to fix this.

As of today 12-21-17 if using windows 7 operating system it will not even let you view the order details page to print it comes up blank. Using google chrome it is so small it is very hard to ready to type the address in the carrier system we use to ship our products. I have posted before about this and do not seem to get any help from ebay at all.
