This has happened a couple times, at least.
I get a 'question' and mark it as answered (no reply needed).
I get a question on the same item, different buyer, and reply. This message goes to the first buyer, not the intended second buyer.
So, I've confused the first person by sending them a reply that makes no sense. And the second person didn't get the message intended for them.
I only figured this out because the second person asked the question again. I know this has happened a couple times, probably more.
