Send offer glitch on app

I can't send offers to buyers on the app. I put 5% and it won't let me. I put any percent and it still won't let me. See picture

Others have reported that adding a leading zero to your single digit percentage may allow the number to go through successfully.

anyone else experiencing this that still doesn't have an answer? I've tried adding a zero like people suggested, deleted and re-uploaded the app and still having problems

If you are still experiencing this problem with the app, make sure you have the latest version of the app, or try using a browser to make an offer instead.
