Started getting message errors today while messaging a buyer who purchased from me 5 minutes before. We have had a LONG history of business and I have to message him because he is a soldier overseas and delivering to an APO he lets me know when he gets his packages.
The customer does NOT have me on BLOCK...
I tried Ebay app and my laptop--- both are getting the same message
"Send message failed. Please try again."
I closed all my windows, cleared my cache and even called EBAY who is ALWAYS usless... I asked them to escalate it ASAP as they have a messaging outage.
