I’ve just noticed a new issue following an eBay update.
Basically on the eBay app, when I had a new watcher, an option came up on the My Selling section that said “Send Offer to Buyer”.
When I now click this, I no longer can just send an offer, I now have to click the refine button in the top right corner on the send offer page and then select the send offer before the option to send becomes available. Whilst on this page, if I don’t refine it won’t let me select any other option, everything is greyed out bar the refine button.
This feels like a ridiculous amount of extra work just to send an offer to buyers.
Anyone else having this problem ?
