I’ve been permanently banned from selling on eBay and no one can tell me why!!
There was a buyer whom I think was a scammer that accepted the price I listed for a ride on pallet jack. It’s a very heavy piece of equipment. I listed as LOCAL PICKUP ONLY!
The person still put paid for it knowing that is was a local pickup acting as if I was going to ship it! And eBay was totally compliant with this!! I canceled it and told eBay to refund immediately because I was not going to ship it! Right after that my account got hacked and I had to set up a new username and password. Then all of a sudden I’m banned from selling!! I know that eBay didn’t lose any money and neither did the supposed buyer! I can’t get in touch with a human to help me out with this issue! Only recorded bots! It’s unbelievable a company of this size can be this horrible!!
