Selling Page not working after switching to managed payments

Everything was fine till I switched to managed payments.  First, unable to do bulk editing and now today unable to access the selling page.  No sales in over a week as well and no notifications of any type from eBay.  My point is, if the editing isn't working and I can't access the seller hub AT ALL, that might be an indication that NOTHING is working.....such as ability to sell or to receive notices that an item sold or feedback additions etc.  Has eBay responded to this problem at all?  HELP!!!!
